Don't understand why decision today. Thought david walker is choosing and he doesn't even join
board til sept, chairman in nov. I could talk to GO privately. Appointing an American would be
controversial in media (for two days) but he will be politically wary of it. If I were to speak to
GO, I would need to speak to Jes first and get more detail.
